Legendary broadcaster Sir Terry Wogan died at the end of January after a short battle with cancer. Limerick-born Sir Terry had a 50-year career on radio and television, including presenting Wake up to Wogan on BBC Radio 2 and the Wogan chat show on BBC1. He was also the voice of Eurovision in the UK for many years and had been involved in the Children in Need appeal since it began in 1980. But perhaps he is most fondly remembered by his adoring radio listeners who he dubbed TOGs, or Terry's Old Geezers and Gals.
Two of his his classic comedy books, Banjaxed and The Day Job, have been recently reissued by G2 under its Retro Classics' imprint, priced at £14.99 and £9.99.
